For passport/visa photos do I need to upload the photo at the correct size or will you do this for me?

We are here to provide you a professional ID photo service. If for any reason, the photo you have uploaded is not suitable, you will be contacted via your email to send a replacement photo. We'd tell you what is wrong in the picture you have submitted. Remember not to send a scanned photo, we only process fresh picture ( a new selfie). Please, do not use camera filters and ensure that the picture includes a full head and shoulders taking against a light plain background. Please, do not try to crop it to the right size by yourself or try to remove the background image, we'd get all that sorted for you.  Click here to Order Now

Please note that you do not need to crop/edit the photo or try to send the correct size photo for your order, we'd get all that sorted for you. Just send a photo taken with a mobile phone in a well lit area without shadows on your face. The photo should include full shoulders/upper chest region.

If we believe the photo you have uploaded is not right, we would contact you to send a replacement photo. Please, ensure that you provide a true contact details. Our primary contact method is via email. Please do not forget to check your spam folder while expecting a response from us.

Your order may be delayed if a poor photograph is sent to us.
